Workshop Overview:

A hands-on session for project personnel in need of better control over their projects at every Front-End Loading (FEL) stage (FEL 1 through FEL 7) to ensure projects are budgeted for the right price and schedule and executed on-time and on-budget with detailed tracking and transparency at each stage.

The workshop is presented by Rick Deans – Executive Vice President, Industry Engagement, InEight. He has more than 20 years of project controls experience focused on helping companies transform their business processes and improve operations with technology. He has also led and managed multi-year, international technology rollouts designed to help owners stay on schedule when assets are shutdown for maintenance. Currently he serves as a consultant for InEight’s product development team, providing insights from in-the-field deployments.
